From Manila * Take the North Diversion road, continue across the provinces of Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac and Pangasinan. * Follow the route going up to Baguio City until you reach the city of Urdaneta. Some 8 kilometers away is the town of Binalonan. * Turn left when you see the Flying V gasoline station to your right. * Go straight ahead for approximately 2.5 kilometers and you'll see the sign board of Ruperto's Inland Resort to your left. From Baguio City. * Take either Marcos Highway or Kennon road and follow the route going down to Manila. * Continue across the towns of Sison and Pozorrubio. Upon reaching the intersection where the road leading to Binalonan town proper and the National highway cross, (Flying V gasoline station would be on your left side) turn right and just follow the route going to Manaoag.
